1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Wembuno website and game, operated by the Wembuno team. By using Wembuno you agree to them. If a child uses Wembuno, we ask a parent, carer or teacher to read these terms.
2. Free to use
Wembuno is free. There are no accounts, subscriptions or purchases. Coins, items and rewards in the game have no real-world value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged.
3. Acceptable use
Please use Wembuno for personal, family or classroom learning. Do not try to disrupt the service, copy it and present it as your own, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
4. Our content
The Wembuno name, characters, artwork, sounds, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may print worksheets and the multiplication chart for personal and classroom use.
5. Progress and data
Progress is stored only on your device. We cannot recover it if browser data is cleared, so consider saving a progress file from time to time. See our privacy policy.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Wembuno accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or online.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Wembuno. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
